Your club likely has a populated list of members and friends of Rotary that would like to receive your club's email news.  This list will include your Club's member list; but it can also include other email addresses, such as Rotarians visiting from other clubs, friends that just want to keep up with your club, or people that are specifically interested in a particular event your club sponsors.  Here's an example:

 

Please put together a spreadsheet that will include the information requested on this form, and simply upload the file, and submit.  As the list grows, or changes, you may want to refresh the list and upload the changes to us. Additionally, each June, please re-submit the list with your new officers.
