This "sub-committee" of the Service Projects committee is so vital to the success and future of the Chatham Rotary Club that we consider it a Special committee, run by a separate committee chair. For the event to be successful every year it requires participation, energy and support of the entire membership.
The annual event is open to the community and members of other Rotary clubs are also encouraged to attend. The 3 sources of revenues generated by the event are ticket sales, auction item sales and sponsorship's. To event organization is overseen and managed by this committee that forms the following sub-committees that work together to share the load of such a large event. The sub-committees include:
- Ticket Sales
- Registration and Checkout
- Sponsors and Partners
- Auction Donations
- Publicity and Promotion
- Online Auction and website
- Day of event
