Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors will meet each month, and at other times as needed. It is recommended that Board meeting be held the same day/time each month (eg: 3rd Wednesday at 12) to maximize participation. It is also suggested that ALL committee chairs attend the Board meetings, a committee chair cannot vote unless they as also serving on the Board. The Board comprises 9 persons - 6 officers and 3 directors. In the event any person is holding more than one office, an additional directors may be appointed.
