NEW MEMBERS (Energy)
New Members bring energy, excitement and fresh ideas to our club. It’s important to continually recruit new people and provide clear orientation as to how our club operates. Educate them about Rotary and the important work of our club! The work of our club leaves a positive fingerpirnt within our community, the region and internationally.
ACTIVE MEMBERS (Leaders)
New members want to become active members! Our challenge is to get them involved as quickly as possible, if not, they will feel unappreciated and eventually leave. There are many avenues of service within our club, from hands-on community service projects, to serving on committees, to organizing events and fundraisers. There is something for every new member as they begin to actively serve.
VETERAN MEMBERS (Experience)
Our veteran members have “risen up through the ranks” and bring a plethora of wisdom, skill and advice to newer members. Their valued participation and guidance has brought continued growth to our club as well as the community at large. We strongly encourage new members to work alongside our long-term veteran members!
