BOARD – Constitution – Bylaws

Much like the Constitution established the United States government, the Club Constitution establishes a new club. However, while the constitution forms a statement of existence and establish a few basic purposes --  bylaws elaborate the rules that govern the Club's operations.  All Board and Committee members should read and understand the foundation of Rotary, International, and the Chatham Rotary Club.
